Namaca21 I see. Is it expensive there? Here in our country it's kind of expensive, since the product is imported from other countries. So even if it's known here for its health benefits, not many people buy it, since it's a bit pricey.

Namaca21 Exactly. People still separate mental and physical health like they’re two different things when they’re really connected. Ignoring one affects the other. We definitely need to talk about it more and actually listen when someone’s struggling.
