Loretta My son did AG1 for awhile so I tried it and gagged. It was awful. When he drank it, he downed it fast. Does this drink cause tummy upsets? I am looking into something better for the afternoon.

Amber I wish we talked about it a lot more. Mental health is just as important as “physical” health. It IS physical health. We need to pay attention, and look for the signs of depression and disturbance.
