The Horse @Telynor That makes sense. If you're at 212 or so F, the yolk gets cooked more. If you're at 375 in the oven, the utside cooks more than the inside. That's why I set my oven high when I cook a steak. I like it dark on the outside and rare on the inside.

I am looking at chairs. I haven't moved my bed yet, nor have I gotten the bookcases, but I am pretty sure I'll have plenty of space for a chair. Of course, it's not something that is within my budget to get at the moment....

AmberLynn @Telynor Does the chair sort of dip forward? the back of the seat rising at an angle? We had that kind of chair before years ago. It lasted many years.
