So, I posted at the weekend that The Mister had to take his van firstly to get new tyres then for its yearly MOT. Pleased to say that it passed. Bit of a pain that he had to have a day off work to take the van in to the garage but...

After living through what the weather forecasters were describing as ‘ a heatwave ‘, we now have rain. As we always say in this country ….well the garden needs it ! With the rain though has come the chilly weather ….so cold today...

DE @Traceyjayne Thanks... I'm not sure if I should call my GP or if I should call my eye doctor so I'm trying the GP first. The fog is lifting but we still have heavy cloud cover. The temp is still the same.

DE @Traceyjayne I would find that quite annoying... I'm glad we rarely have visitors so we rarely have to deal with things like that. I can't figure out if the girls (pre-teens) WANT someone to hear their whisperings... If it wasn't so annoying, I might start...

Jordan Lader @Traceyjayne That's always good. You don't always get to work the job you love or love the job you have. That alone should make you valuable as if you don't like what you do, the quality of work suffers usually.
