So I have started ….
So far I have sliced the green tomatoes and finely chopped the onion. They are layered in a large bowl and have been sprinkled with salt.
I now have to leave them overnight.

Okay, so if you are a tortoise I guess it’s different, but I really do not see the point of lettuce. It just doesn’t taste of anything really does it !
If I am trying to be good and I have salad I end up putting mayo on it ….kind...

Yes, I was a bit nervous….not sure how it was going to be, but I needn’t have worried.
The physio ….Paul….was a lovely guy and very easy to talk to. Explained lots of things….why I can’t move...

Yes, we really enjoyed the salmon fish cakes that we made last week. So much so in fact that we have just made some for tonight’s tea.

So, this morning I picked all the remaining green tomatoes from my plant at home and brought them with me round to Moms, then we picked all the remaining green tomatoes off the three plants we had in Moms garden.
I found a recipe...
