i dont take salt at all . i dont cook with it either. my kids however have a habit of pouring lots of salt on their food even before they taste it .is salt really so bad for you or should i use it?i figurte i get enough salt...

alt_tab i dont know with other, but in my country(indonesia) every food contain salt, cause it's make the food taste great,
