mamarama If you want to, then go for it. Personally, I didn't have one for my child's first birthday because at that age it's not really a day for the child, but for the adults. Besides, every day is a celebration. :)

mamarama Marriage is definitely not something to take lightly. I think marriage is a good idea if both people have experienced life on their own first. And baby-making should wait at least a few years, so the couple can build their marriage up first.

mamarama Writing by hand gets my creativity flowing more. Sitting behind a desk, staring at a computer screen doesn't quite do it for me. That said, typing is way more practical for me right now with a family.
