PK @Shyamalaa -- I would suggest you to start morning walks, My mother has some health issues and she is going for a morning walk from last 2-3 years -- it really helps to manage weight and is also good for diabetic patients. Take care :)

Keep Mobile on Airplane mode while you sleep

PK I usually keep on vibration mode as Office calls are frequent..., However I totally agree with you Ria - Keeping phone away while sleeping has many benefits :) I will definitely try to follow this ;)
