Jim Bauer 99.9% of the time that's true. I used to buy pork steaks at Walmart since they were typically the cheapest anywhere at $1.94 a pound unless they were on sale at Schnuck's occasionally and then Schnuck's would be cheaper. I usually buy chuck roast at Aldi....

Jim Bauer Yep. That's exactly what it means. Ground beef is typically sold at 73/27, 80/20 or 90/10.
