Jim Bauer That's mainly it. But it's a MASSIVE cost savings. I did a little break down in my response to @Looeyville if you want to peruse it. It's worth the work and we'll get a ton of meals out of it.

Jim Bauer I am really looking for bargains now since pork steaks went from $1.94 per pound to $2.24 per pound, and I am out of ground beef and haven't bought since it's almost $5 a pound and I just won't pay that. I'm hunting for any bargain I can find, trust me.

Jim Bauer Plus being able to able to get several cuts out of it, it broadens the "use." I really should get another one. This one was about 8 pounds.
