What Happened On MyLot On 9th December?

I'm not among the top earners on myLot. But I don't complain. After all, it's only my third month on the site. My average daily income in November was $0.53. In the first eight days of December it was $0.43. So far, so good.
Then, the shock. Although I spend more or less the same amount of time on the site with the same activities, I found $0.19 in my account on 9th December and $0.17 on 10th December. The 2 cents I've earned this morning don't look too promising, either.
So, what happened? Does anyone know the answer?
I read somewhere that using AdBlocker diminishes the earnings. I don't use it, but is that so?
I look forward to being enlightened.

For me, the 9th was on a par with the 8th and the 10th, while the 5th, 6th and 7th were all about half of the following three days. It depends a great deal on who's around for how long and, probably, on what the 'competition' is, assuming that each person reads, likes, responds and comments about the same number of times for each hour they are here. Today looks to be like it's going to be a slow day for me but, for others, it may be completely different.

I don't check my bank. It takes care of itself and I feel it is wasting time to keep a check on it when I could use that time for something else, like typing or reading.

I don't even pay attention to how much I am making on a daily basis. . I am having fun here . . . and once in a while I take a glimpse at the slow-moving amount on top corner of my monitor. Not very impressive but it is fine for me.

It may simply be that the site is less active overall due to members being preoccupied with Christmas preparations. Your own activity would not be as effective without the added interaction from other members.
As for Adblocker, I would expect that it would diminish the earnings for the site itself, although have no idea about individual effect.

I am pretty happy that this month I haven't been looking at my dailies, because usually I am very focused on those numbers. But now that you mention it, I had a couple of really low days, maybe around the 9th. I blamed myself for not being here much. I hope things are picking up again.

I wouldn't know about any of that. I find the earnings do fluctuate but you have to remember that each day your interactions are different. They pay differently for some things and you really have no way of knowing how much. It is up to their discretion. If others aren't on much then your amount earned will be lower. It is their interaction with you that earns you money.

Its hard to tell, during holidays sites like this get super slow and therefore our payrates are affected!

Well, I don't know about anyone else but, I have not been feeling well. I have a house full of sick people and pets so I was unable to get on here for the last couple of days.

my opinion is purely that you didnt get as much interaction on your posts.
for whatever reason if youre posts dont get people on them you wont earn.
everyone will have slow days.
