~Day So Far~

For once in a VERY long time my husband took the day off work! That never happens so I am grateful he decided to. He has been sleeping so far the whole morning and I am going to let him sleep-God knows he needs it!
I am feeling a little better from this cold so I cleaned the house this morning. Got the dishes done, toys picked up, wiped the counters down, took both dogs out for a bit, the kids are doing worksheets right now for school and the baby is napping while I'm here for a bit. =)
I'm supposed to be babysitting in a couple hours-we will see if they show up today. 
Either way is fine with me.
Hopefully my husband will get up soon so we can spend some time together today. We all miss him!

It is great that he finally took a day off. I hope he has a great sleep and wakes up soon so you can spend some much needed time together. Glad to hear that you are feeling better today! Enjoy the rest of your day!

I am sure that extra sleep will work wonders for your hubby. If the kids don't show, you will really have a good time with hubby at home.

@LovingMyBabies I'm glad he was able to get some sleep, and I hope you two can spend time together soon. I'm feeling better than I did last week, and I hope you are as well. The cold hasn't quite left the household altogether, but hopefully it will soon.

I'm sure your husband is enjoying his morning of being able to sleep-in. Sounds like you were a busy bee while he was sleeping and hope that he's ready for some fun when he wakes up.

@Marilynda1225 Yeah I am sure he is. He never gets to sleep in ever so this is good for him. =) Yeah I was trying to get things done while he was sleeping.

@DWDavis We spent a little while together-not as much as I wanted but that's how it goes sometimes. Hopefully another day he will take off and spend more time with us.

You sure sound like a happy family. Glad hubby is getting a day off. I hope he has slowed down a bit. Has he gotten any word back on the tests? If he is stressing over that it does make you tired.

@celticeagle Thank you, we are. =) He got a lot of rest yesterday which he needed. They told him it was a heart attack at the hospital and he needs surgery but he told them he doesn't have time or money for that.
