Heard some thunder last night

I was just finishing up some work and I heard some thunder. It was a lot, but still heard a few. I was kind of happy to hear it. I've always loved hearing thunder and just thunderstorms in general. As few as they were, I was still happy to hear the thunder.

We had a thunderstorm last Friday and instead of rain we got snow, very nice to see, but weird.

@dodo19 ......Some are really fearful of them but, as long as I am inside I rather enjoy them. The energy is great!

Yesterday night was a stormy night too, but I was still sweating despite the strong wind, and rain. In the end, I had to switch on the AC in order to sleep.

Some nights are just like that. There may be a strong wind some days, but sometimes it can be a warm wind.

@dodo19 Over here, the rain is generally warm too. Sometimes the rain brings the heat up from the ground, so we are like walking in a steamy road!

Our dogs never seemed to like thunderstorms. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who likes thunderstorms.

@cacay1 the thunderstorms here don't bring heavy rains because the dark clouds are blown away by the strong winds.

We don't usually get thunder very often. Usually just rain, when it does rain.

We had rain and wind last night, but no thunder and lightning. I had my window open so I was half expecting to have to get up and close it.

We had severe thunderstorm warnings in the surrounding area but luckily we didn't get anything. I don't mind thunderstorms but when they're accompanied by high winds and warnings I get scared.

'when I was a kid, I was terrified with thunder and lightning. I would hide under the pillow.It was even more terrifying when the lights go off due to power outage.

I love thunder too except that the last time it was very, very loud and directly overhead. The lightning was also very bright and just a bit scary.
