Our schedule is speeding up

It's Thursday evening here in Donnybrook, Western Australia. Vince is off to the doctor tomorrow just for a general consultation. We have friends coming for dinner in the evening. They are off to Sicily on Saturday. We are off to Yabberup, Western Australia, Saturday and taking the caravan. We'll be having a meal from their new American Smoker then attending a concert in their tiny hall which holds about twenty more than our lounge room. Sunday a young lass is coming for portrait photos for her acting portfolio. Vince has been offering free portrait sessions so he can practice with his new studio lights.
That will then leave two weeks before we fly to Ireland to meet up with our son and his wife. I have a feeling that two weeks might go very quickly. And as for this post's photo, Vince needed one taken within the last two hours for one of his photo groups so he walked down to our patch of ornamental trees and took this photo of a liquidamber. Our area is cold enough to produce some lovely autumn tones in the foliage of deciduous trees.

The tree is sure pretty with its turning leaves. Have a great time in Ireland and the time will go by so fast. When I see photos it makes me hopeful that we will take a trip there.

We planted four rows of trees down the paddock the first few years we were here. Now we're starting to get a lot of pleasure from them.

Oh yes, sounds busy but packed with fun! My friend was trying to promote her friend's photography business a couple years ago as she acquired new equipment too - but it was not free in fact it was quite pricey
- so we ended up not doing it. How wonderful you will get to see your son in Ireland soon - how long will you be out there? This liquidamber tree - I'd love to have one . . . it sort of looks like Japanese maple!

We don't want to start up a business but he wouldn't mind having the odd customer. Mostly he wanted practice using his lights. We will be away four months. We have a motor-home over there that we bought last time we were there so we'll go travelling in that again.

He'd be pleased to. We're just waiting on two to arrive who need photos for an acting portfolio. They will need different sorts of photos - 'what you see is what you get' type for agents. I always like a lot of editing done on mine.

Thanks for the kind words. I think internet access might be a bit restricted over there and we won't have the oodles of time that we have here but I'll be trying to stay in touch when I can.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your trip to Ireland and that the two weeks will fly by. My Aunt and Uncle just flew over there for their grandsons wedding and are having such a good time they decided to stay an extra two weeks.
