We have received a good number of screen shots from some members, and we greatly appreciate it. @Mylotbugs is trying to nail down the source. We do have a question though. Is there a particular page this seems to happen on? (ie; "recent discussions" page, etc)?

For what I understood ONLY those who use their phones have this problem. I think that Bugs would like to know if this is the case. I use a desktop and I never had this problem.

Ohhh, @LadyDuck thank you for explaining that. I've been lucky so far that this has not happened again but I do recall about a year ago that it was happening to me. In fact you and many others helped me learn that it was due to a P.U.P. that had hijacked my browser and I got it taken care of and have not had the problem sense then.

For me, it happens when I am using my phone, and it's pretty random. No specific page.

All different pages for me. The login in, the notifications, recent discussions, earnings, peoples posts. I wrote a post about it just few minutes ago, once I was able to come on from the pop ups, before i knew about this post. But forgot to mention getting the playstore pop up, that @CoralLevang mentioned here.

I have had these redirects in the past. But nothing recently. I cannot recall what pages caused it though. Sorry I cannot be of help here.

Thanks for suggesting this discussion @LadyDuck . I did notice some pop ups claiming my smartphone has a virus I think it was when I was leaving a response on a discussion @GoAskAlice .

I had this few days ago but thought it was just my phone. I got on a bit ago and when opening mylot it began again about a virus from visiting adult sites which I've never done. Then I couldn't get in to see my own discussions without the same redirects. Now its leaving me alone but im at work and can't check OuT it much, plus I don't know how to do screenshots with my phone yet.

I recently have been getting that when I am on my iPad, which is very secure. It varies between going to discussions or commenting. It doesn't happen on any of my other devices. It just happened here while scrolling. Apparently, my iPad just informed me that I have won $100.

It’s reassuring that it isn’t only me. I am in Canada and have had these redirects on my phone. Hopefully you can nail the source. It happens randomly while on mylot and not when I browse elsewhere.
