Sweet dreams

I know it is only Tuesday night, but I feel like I need to have really good sleep.
Many times I do not take the time for myself I need, but tonight I had a nice long soak.
In my bath I had Epsom salts, lavender and vetiver. All are supposed to help us have sweet dreams and a restful night.
I love the woodsy smell of vetiver and it blends well with the lavender.
So it is time to get ready and go to bed.

Well young lady has gotten some different medication, and is beginning to get some rest. It does not fix everything, but it has improved a lot of things. Now we have a young gentleman who in addition to being autistic is type 1 diabetic, lactose intolerant, and now has a diagnosis of celiac disease (gluten intolerant). It really messes with his schedule and with what he can eat.

Not familiar with vetiver but I love the scent of lavender. I have a bag of it by my bed and sniff it when I am having trouble getting to sleep.

I believe it is a grass, grown in India. I read a recipe for a sleepy time salve with it, so I ordered some from Amazon. It has a woodsy scent.

I have to wonder if I will be able to get out of the tub after a soak. It is very relaxing.

@GardenGerty I must admit it's getting harder to get in and out.

Something is mostly helping with the pain. Could be herbs or oils or anything else. Or everything combined.
