Good morning everyone, I hope your doing well today. =)
I slept a little bit last night, around 5 hours or so. It's a bit chilly this morning which of course I love!
The neighbor asked me to watch her kids for the weekend so I'm doing that. So far it's been going pretty well, other than the silly arguments. That's typical for kids though of course.
Josiah's appointment for his helmet got re-scheduled. It is now for December 4th. We are setting up a couple rides for it, one that will take us and one person we will ask in case the first person backs out at the last minute. We will get to that one even if I have to walk, but hopefully it won't come to that...
So, I hope this will be a good day for everyone. =)

When the appointment comes up, I am wondering how long Josiah will have to wear the helmet?

@Leapea2417 He's going to be evaluated before he gets the helmet so they will tell us on the 4th.

I think you are wise to have a backup ride just in case someone doesn't show. I guess I need to read other posts to find out why he needs the helmet.

@BelleStarr Thank you, I can't take the chance again. His head was misshaped in my womb-one side sticks out more than the other in the back. They are hoping the helmet will re-shape it.

@thislittlepennyearns Yes, we have no vehicle and people are unreliable even though they make promises-they don't keep them. That about covers it...

I am planning to have a good day. Just because. I do think it is good to have extra ride options. Having an appointment cancelled is very disheartening to say the least.

That really stinks that the appointment had to be rescheduled but I think you are doing the right thing by having a couple different options for rides on the day of the appointment.

I hope the ride situation works out. I know how that problem goes. We struggled for so long with no way to get anywhere. We did have an option to get rides via DSS and we normally did that. I hope you can figure something out.
