Who sent all that snow over here?

Dancing snowmen

For the past week several members have been posting about heavy snowfalls. This did not matter to me because it seems a long while since we had any real snow over here, which suits me fine. However, someone appears to have got annoyed about me keep bragging that heavy snowfalls are a thing of the past here. In anger they have sent the first heavy snowfall that I have known for years. It snowed heavy overnight and is still snowing. If I can find out who is responsible I shall have the whole lot shipped across to their front door. GO AWAY SNOW.

I remember you bragging about that not long ago. It is a divine punishment.

Yes I was, so someone has clearly decided to rectify the situation. If someone builds a snowman and it says "Bonjour" then I shall know who to blame.

@Asylum It will not be me. I always speak in Occitan to animals, scarecrows and snowmen. If he says "Adizias", I might be involved.

@Morleyhunt Canada is too far because the shipping costs would be too high.

@Asylum at least you didn't send it back. I'm sure we'll get more this winter...probably when we least want it.

We don't get a lot of snow in Oklahoma, although I do remember a couple of blizzards. Usually we get a sad excuse for snow; wispy tendrils of barely frozen blech.

That is roughly what we have had for many years, but now it is like the old days with deep unwanted snow.

@Asylum Nature does that. I have fruits that I have no use for. I just dump them in our compost pits

@topffer is right, I remember you bragging Switzerland because we get snow. May be you only were jealous and now you have your perfect white landscape. It's snowing here too.

I suspect that the snow may be from the Swiss Alps. I shall keep a look out for any Edelweiss buried in the snow.

@Asylum We also have a fierce wind blowing from the Alps, as the snow was not enough.

@Asylum I'm innocent. Besides all the snow that fell here in Texas was to the south of me. We didn't get any.

Wow. I asked God to please do NOT send the snow hell that we had last year. Not this year, no, God. Just no. So He got busy and did as I asked- so far God has sent the snow your way. Of course I have all of January to blunder through and on and on but for now its just gray murk over here.
