Where do people hear this stuff?

And how can they think it is true?
I just read the following comment:
"I've heard that people who're serous about mylot have also earned upto 1000$ per month"
I must be doing something wrong here.
And I guess the owner of the site must not know how much they are paying people, because as of 2 days ago (January 30th) Bugsy told me the highest amount anyone has earned in one month since August 2015 (when they began paying again) was $45.
Or $955 short of what someone...somewhere...is saying they make here a month.
Or maybe I'm just doing it wrong...

@JolietJake You would feel rich, but maybe you would need a suitcase of banknotes to pay the bill in a restaurant. And another bag for the tip
.

@JolietJake In their dreams, perhaps? It always seems to be like "I heard that someone ..." or "A friend told me he'd read somewhere ...". Never any specifics.

I did get curious the other day and ask Bugsy just so I would have the definitive word on it. I had seen someone somewhere else saying they heard someone made $100 for a month here and someone else had made $150 in two weeks.

@JolietJake I would blame Pope Gregory XIII. His calendar also robbed us of three leap years every four centuries.

Do we blame the Romans or the Gregorians? I can't remember whose calendar we use...

@Fleura I understand now why you want them to go home : these foreign doctors are potentially dangerous
. All Europe use a comma for decimals EXCEPT UK and Ireland (and Switzerland, but they use a point only when it is an amount of money, in a prescription it is a comma).

@Fleura There was a problem of decimal somewhere
. It is not difficult to understand, but it is not something taught in schools when we learn English on this side of the Channel, and, yes, it is important for a doctor. A continental does also write 1 like you write 7 in UK, and it can also be a source of confusion. Taking 7 pills instead of 1 can turn bad.

I think people get confused about the decimal point ...they probably made ten cents

@topffer I quite often see people thinking they've made a dollar when they've made 10 cents

@CoralLevang not if you are referring to me. I'm talking about something else entirely.

This is one of those things you may think you cannot make up, but obviously someone did, but why?

I used to earn more than a dollar a day and I didn't even reach $1000! Damn, I must have done something wrong.

Some one's sending wrong information again. In the old mylot I had more than ten hours just to earn 1 dollar or less. But that depends on the freaking discussion.

Well, as I said the other day, I make $1,000 a month with myLot, but without myLot it would only be $995 that I make. Maybe someone read that and had a difficult time deciphering the meaning....

Well if its posted online then it just HAS to be true.
Or that's the mentality some people have.
As long as the site is here and we can continue to have a good time PLUS get paid some for it, its all good. But maybe I am an under-achiever
thinking that way.

@JolietJake Yeah probably, but sometimes an increase makes people greedy and takes the fun out of it. I remember that from other sites.

Someone is always doing the impossible. Everyone does it....and it sucks to be me because I've always been skeptical...when my children used those all encompassing phrases...I said...names?
