What did you have for lunch today?

I grazed the morning away, with coffee, of course, and then decided to have some lunch. I made some Trader Joe's clam chowder and added some yellow onion and salt. Pretty straightforward. It's 70 degrees out and sunny here in the Bay Area. I think I'm going to grab my bike, throw it in my truck, and go cycle up at Inspiration Point in Tilden Park. The view should be good today. Did you have anything good for lunch today? Are you going to get some exercise this afternoon?

I envy your beautiful weather and hope you enjoy your bike ride. It sounds like a good way to enjoy yourself. Today's lunch consisted of a salad and some grilled chicken nuggets from Chic Fil A

@TheHorse I was there from 8 until 9! Then I had 2 eggs and air-fried shredded potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. No cheesecake involved!

Cycling was good. But I did it around here. I'll head to the hills hiking with a friend tomorrow. And there's the...what's it called? Super Bowl.

So did you go and cycle? It's Sunday morning here and I just had cheeseburger for breakfast. I don't know what's for lunch yet. I haven't exercised for almost a year now I think. I'm too lazy.

Where did you find the cheeseburger? Funny, it's approaching dinner time here, and I'm debating whether to go get some Tom Kha Gai (Thai coconut soup) or make some eggs (breakfast food) with cheese and onions thrown in.

Is that a canned or frozen chowder? It does look good. My lunch wasn't quite as healthy... we attended a birthday party that had mostly snacks (although they did have some veggie pizzas), so I'm definitely taking my vitamins tonight.

I always make my clam chowder from scratch. But speaking of Trader Joe's, it's been over a decade since I went there last and it IS on my list to give it another go. I wasn't all that impressed with it at the time, but maybe it is different now?

Well this was yesterday and we have not gotten to lunch time yet today. Yesterday we had roast chicken thighs, guacamole, peas and carrots and seasoned rice. No real activity here, no warmth, either.

Today I'm going to have spaghetti for lunch. I don't think I'm going to do some exercise this afternoon because I did it today early in the morning before breakfast. I burned 400 calories and sweat a lot.
