He's dead? Too bad...

I'd rather have seen him locked up for 50 years.
Lee Kennedy shot his ex-wife 4 times, his 13 year-old daughter once, and a man that tried to intervene twice.
He fled the scene, and then attempted to rob a place later that day, which was when the police started chasing him.
He wrecked his car during the chase, and in a standoff with police, shot himself in the face/head.
He later died from the injury.
I saw my step-son post the 'sad news' that he had died on facebook.
The only 'sad' thing, in my opinion, was that he was too much of a punk to do the time for the crime, and chose to shoot himself to avoid prison.
SPRINGFIELD, IL - The man suspected of shooting three people in Taylorville, IL, before shooting himself has died. WICS-TV reports that Lee Kennedy, 43, of Taylorville, was pronounced dead at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield early Tuesday afternoon.

That's exactly what I thought when I read your last discussion, he's got away with it now and his victims will have to live with their physical and psychological scars for the rest of their lives

oh! i didn't know it was his ex-wife and daughter he shot! then even attempt to rob afterwards? he should have known it will end badly and it's only a matter of time.

Better for everyone! that way he does not get off with a plea of a mental breakdown and (possible) walk free after a couple years in a mental hospital.
Plus think of the tax dollars spent to feed him 50 years.
