I cannot count how many cheesecake I made for this month of December. Really. By the end of November, I bought a block of creamcheese which is about 2 kilos. I started to make some just for us and then some more. Then I bought again 2 blocks of creamcheese. I made some for my sister, sister in law and us. But this is also a first for me that I tried baking a cheesecake. Yesterday I made New York Cheese cupcakes. I was kind f nervous because I usually made the no bake cheese cake but it turned out well. Happy me.

Maybe you should strt selling them at this rate.. I guess it is the season for cakes.. I guess i made my share too.

What a gift to all these people. I have made mini cheesecakes in muffin wrappers, putting a cookie at the bottom for a crust. Yummy whichever kind you make.
