Baked Potato and Soup for Dinner

When you are not sure what you want for dinner, it is hard go wrong with a baked potato and soup. I love butter, sour cream, cheese and chives on my potato. Vegetable soup is what I chose to go along wit the potato. Something a little different.
Not much of an appetite lately for some reason.
Do you have days when you don't really know what to have for dinner? Baked potato is my go to on these days, like today.
Dinner plans? Have a good night. Plans for tonight?

I had meat today. I had fries today. It`ll be a vegan dinner.
I have abused myself with to much junk food. I have to find a way to eat right, while on the road.

Tonight was one of those nights, I had no idea what to fix for supper. When I'm eating alone, it's hard to think of a good idea. Baked potatoes and soup? That's a good idea, sounds delicious!

Yep, with unusually cold weather here in Florida I am off my food. Today I made myself a Tyson frozen chicken fried steak and some french fries but did not eat all of the fries. Your soup and potato sound really good. I usually enjoy soup and sandwiches.

Having to cook 365 days a year...YES! Of course we run into "what the hell do I make now?" But a baked potato is always delicious and so is vegetable soup. Tonight I am making a beef pot roast with potatoes and some buttered corn. This time, since the wifey is doing the YMCA and won't be home till around 8ish I decided this morning to throw the beef pot roast into the crockpot with a can of Manwich. I put the potatoes in when I got home around 530 or so, not wanting to overcook them. They should be done nicely with the meat by the time we actually sit down to eat.

I love potatoes. I often have days when I do not know what to cook. Now it's 1:15 am, so I'm going to bed soon, but I had pancakes for dinner.
