Too Busy for One Day + Cinnamon Rolls

Every once in awhile I have a very busy day. Today was one of those days. Started very early with appointments and errands. Then had to stop and get a bite to eat. Got some fish real quick. Then kept going.
More to do. Went to the bread store. You can get bread at a great price, it is a Colonial bread store closely. They call it day old bread, but it is as fresh as the bread at Kroger. Got some cinnamon rolls too. A little treat.
Lots of traffic. Construction everywhere I turned. This town is growing way too fast. Not enough road for all the people moving to Nashville. And too many high rise buildings being constructed.
Old historic places being demolished, out with the old and in with the new.
Wow I sound old, right! This is why I prefer staying home watching the birds and flowers. And that is what I ma finally able to do. Until tomorrow. More errands.
Hope you are all doing good today. The weather has been nice here for a change. But it will be 90s again tomorrow. Enjoying the 80s while it is here.

Sounds like a busy day there for sure! Glad you are able to watch birds and flowers now that you are done for the day. The cinnamon rolls look (and sound) delicious!

Those rolls look scrumptious. IT seems like either feast or famine here...either there is nothing to do, or I am very busy.

most disheartenin' that they're rippin' out all the ol' 'n replacin' such with high-rise buildin's. i don't reckon i've e'er been anywhere 'round nashville that they'd not road construction goin'. makes ya jest wanna scream 't the top 'f yer lungs fer 'em to stop the madness! kinda glad i've no longer the need to make that drive. i'd prolly be most irate. i've yet to figure why such's called "progress" when so much 'f the natural flora/fauna 'tis destroyed. more critters displaced fer folks to gripe 'bout. ugh!!
glad ya got to 'njoy 't least one cooler day, hon. please eat one 'f those cinnamon rolls fer me, k?

@CarolDM sadly some've lacked required maintenance through the years 'n folks find 't cheaper to jest bulldoze 'em 'n start 'new. that'n 'tis spendy to retro-fit to the new requirements (electrical, etc) 's well 's makin' 'em disability friendly.
glad ya got a bit 'f coolness, i finally found a leaf that'd started to change fer autumn, ripped out by the winds 'f the day.

I had a day today that I had to go out 3 times. I went out in the morning hoping to come home and finish up cooking and stay here but the store where I go grocery shopping did not have sand for my cat so I had to go to the pet store and then my landline stopped working so had to get a new phone but now I am home. I love cinnamon frosted rolls. I have some in the freezer.

I last had these from Aunt Anne's ( I think that is an American brand!).

This weather is nuts. Cinnamon rolls sound good. I love cinnamon! I keep trying to send you some cooler weather; but it's not helping. It will be up to 86 again by Monday. High 70s and low 80s this week.
