My Morning

The hospital went great. I didn't need to wait for the medication to arrive. It was ready when I got there. So, I actually got out of there on time instead of being there until 1 as I usually am.
I stopped at the Post Office picked up stamps and mailed the package to New York.
Then I stopped at the YWCA and set up the book signing for this Friday. I didn't think I could get it so soon, but no problem. I just posted it on FB. I'll make the announcement tonight at Writer's Guild.
I haven't done any shopping, I'll do that tomorrow. I just don't have potatoes or bananas. I've proven to myself I can live without them. It's difficult but doable. I'll have them tomorrow along with the rest of my groceries. I still have eggs and meat in the freezer, so I'm good.
All my bills are paid. I did that before I left for the Y this morning.
So, it's been a full morning. I also finished a book while at the hospital. I think that makes 1 book read all year. Maybe I can do better with reading next year. We'll see.
My friend messaged me and told me she would pick me up at 4 for Writer's Guild, so I have a couple of hours to get the notifications finished.

@wolfgirl569 I only get it on days when I'm super busy. Like today. Tomorrow won't be as bad. I only have a haircut tomorrow. Oh and shopping that I didn't get done today.

Sounds good for you, The first half of the day was driving to Charlottesville and picking up roomie and doing some errands. I got back here about 1;30 I guess. Busy online since then.

So glad it went well for you at the hospital yesterday. It is Wednesday here in Israel. So what do you feel when you are sitting there waiting for the people to ask you to sign a book you wrote? It sounds like you have it under control. Next to your busy day mine is not that interesting. I was here working and watching Gotham on TV.

@Hannihar Thank you. I get a lot of praise at Writer's Guild. I don't let it go to my head. Sometimes, I don't think it's that good, especially when I'm looking at the same thing for the umpteenth time. Though I do want to be a best-selling author one day.

That is great news. You should be excited. From what I read about some of your books you are a very good writer. Sorry I cannot buy your books. I am on a budget. I am glad someone else likes Gotham too. A new season came on and have not seen it in ages so started it from the beginning. I had to check and am on Season 3 now. I am very proud of you.
