More Traditional Dinner Tonight

I know I make a few "interesting" dishes. But tonight I decided to keep it simple. I had some pork loin sirloin chops. I put those into a baking dish and doused them with some Worcestershire sauce, then seasoned them with some No Salt seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I then put on some curry powder. Set the oven to 375, and will bake my sirloin chops for about 45 minutes to an hour. I added just a touch of apple juice to the dish just to give some moisture. And flavor. Meanwhile, I am making a cornbread stuffing and some peas and carrots cooked in butter. Surely no one should puke on this one, and it should be delicious.

Sounds good, although I don`t eat pork anymore.

@Aquitaine24 Me, or Andria? I am assuming you are asking Andria. I am certainly NOT a vegetarian.

Gosh. We eat pork like there's no tomorrow around here. Between chicken and pork, pigs and chickens run from us if they see us. We also eat a lot of fish.

@porwest It sounds like a good meal. I hope everyone enjoyed it. Didn't you mention you are the one that cooks in your family, why is that?

@Hannihar I have tried a couple of times. She doesn't seem to have much interest. But at least she likes my cooking.

It was delicious. The reason I am the cook in the family is because my wife honestly does not know how to cook.

@porwest I love anything that is crumbed but Vince thinks crumbs just cover a multitude of sins.

I love doing pan fried pork chops in italian dressing and then cooking cheese grits in the leftover juices and italian dressing.

Pan frying is a good way to cook meat.

@Aquitaine24 I rarely pan fry meat actually. Most of the time I braise it. But that's just me. But I cannot deny it is not good.

I wonder why you called that pork sirloin traditional dinner. We sometimes have that too for the oven but with no curry.
