Friday & Daily Health Report for July 2

Good afternoon. I'm totally frustrated at the moment. Everything I worked on all afternoon is gone, poof! I need to rewrite everything. I had gone through and synced everything so it made sense and was ready to move ahead. I finished the scene I worked hard on for the last two days. I'm not a happy camper. I even put Microsoft Editor on it so my grammar, punctuation, and all the parts of the editing process also made sense. No doubt, I'll need to do that again too. For the good news, the laundry is finished and put away. I also got my copies of Legacy in the mail. So, today isn't a total lost cause. I'm ready to put this day behind me, but that's not going to happen. I'm going to get everything rewritten while I still know what I wrote. I blame everything on the major update Microsoft did yesterday. It's messed me up since yesterday. In the meantime, here is the health report for yesterday. At least I still have those numbers. Food Breakfast - 2 Bananas Calories: 180 Sugar: 24 Carbs: 46 Protein: 2.2 Sodium: 2 Fat: 0.6 Potassium: 724 Lunch - 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato, 4 Servings Guacamole Calories: 704 Sugar: 5 Carbs: 38 Protein: 31 Sodium: 610 Fat: 19 Potassium: 1578 Snack - 1 Banana, 3 Mandarin Cuties Calories: 210 Sugar: 36 Carbs: 53 Protein: 4.1 Sodium: 7 Fat: 0.3 Potassium: 740 Supper - 1 Tilapia Fillet, 3 Servings Riced Cauliflower, 1 Sweet Potato Calories: 273 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 36 Protein: 31 Sodium: 160 Fat: 2 Potassium: 1261 Total Macros: Calories: 1367 Sugar: 78 Carbs: 173 Protein: 68.3 Sodium: 779 Fat: 21.9 Potassium: 4303 Fitness Steps: 16,425 Miles: 6.17 Activity/Exercise: 120 Minutes Water: 4.5 Calories burned: 2609 Total calories: -1242 I did well with food and fitness yesterday. Now to make this day a good one all the way around. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. In my experience, when I've needed to do something over, it always turned out better the second time around. I hope that's the case now too. At least the story is still fresh in my mind. So, pardon me if I don't stick around to interact as I intended. I have work to do. Image courtesy of Pixabay Edit - I just opened up Vendetta and the version I thought I lost is intact. So, I'm here to interact. All is good. I'm no longer frustrated.

We did the laundry yesterday and it was good because there was no rain. Today is Saturday we have the free time.

@just4him just a little relaxation... or so I thought. My wife just announced that we would be bringing the dogs to the grooming salon today, wahuhuhu.

Thank you. I didn't completely lose it. I couldn't find the new work. It's completely recovered for which I'm thankful.

It's been a lazy treadmill week for me this week, just because I've been busy. Canada Day was on Wednesday and my husband invited some people over for a swim. Today I had to do groceries (my ever devoted daughter who has been doing my groceries has taken a much needed break and is having a girls weekend at her friend's cottage). I have been working hard on that treadmill though and feeling a little bit skinnier around the waist but I have a long way to go. I can't eat that much potassium. It is one of the things I need to avoid for my Stage 3 Stable kidney disease.

@just4him potassium, sodium and phosphorus and it's recommended avoiding too much protein. Doesn't leave much, does it?

I'm glad you're starting to see some positive results on the treadmill. Keep it up. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm sorry you can't eat much potassium.

Thank you. Microsoft can be a real pain when they do updates that are supposed to help you work smarter not harder. I had a few crazy moments when I thought I would be rewriting everything I did yesterday. I'm really glad that's not the case and I have it.

@JudyEv That's true. Some they changed back on future updates, but not all of them. I'm hoping they'll change the pictures update. I can't see any pictures now and need to look at each one to find what I'm looking for unless by some strange chance they're named.

@just4him I hate some of the updates they bring in but you don't have any choice but to get used to them.

I enjoyed my walks to pick up the mail today since I had to pick up the Thursday and Friday mail as well as enjoy some hamburger helper meals.

I am so glad Vendetta was saved, when you thought it was lost. Right now I am not doing well on exercise, and diet leaves some to be desired. Your profile picture looks so good. You look both happy and well.

Thank you. Yes, I'm glad I didn't lose yesterday's work. Thank you. My next picture will show an even better loss. I think I'm down 20 pounds since that picture. I'll need to find it and when I took that picture.

Read the last line. When I opened it up it was all there. YEA! I'm now a happy camper. I've lost things before and I knew what I looked forward to. So, I was happy when I went back to find all my hard work right where I left it.

Aha, a story with a silver lining I've written postscomments I've lost by hitting the wrong key on my computer and it is so deflating. The only thing we can do is press on in those moments. Glad you pressed on to recover your lost work

Yes, I was very happy all was not lost. Microsoft needs to reverse the update they did yesterday or was it the day before now. All I know is it messed me up big time. I made more headway with the story this morning.
