I don't watch sports and probably would go nuts if I had a roomie who did. It's nice living alone, I only hear the noises I want .... oh ok, so sometimes neighbors have those god awful loud parties but they are rare thankfully.

I can ignore it easily enough. We had neighbours who had really loud parties and lots of people. They had a fire pit so lots of people outside. I don't mind noise and loud music, but it always sounded like fighting. Left me wondering if I should be calling the police!

I would have called the police just in case someone was getting hurt @paigea Could be that would teach them to quiet down a bit.

I feel for you. My ex used to watch any and every sport on tv. This was before I had kids and I would get so bored by myself.

Mylot is nice to entertain us when our significant others are busy doing things we don’t want to do. Like the movie my fiancé and his son are watching.
