Battery life

Most people probably think of a phone when you think of battery life. I was thinking of the batteries in my TV remote. Every time my TV tells me the batteries in my remote are low, I wait. I go for every second I can before I change them. I'm not sure why. When it comes to charging my phone I have to do it every day. My Kindle can go days without being charged. My phone used to hold a charge for four days without the need to be charged, but then my dad messed with it. He was trying to do something nice, but unfortunately it just made it worse. Your battery life/lives?

Can you buy a new battery for your phone? My battery charge lasts a long time...but then I hardly ever use my phone. Have a great week.

I did, and it didn't make a difference. It's disappointing.

I tried a new battery with no success. I hope I don't have to get a new phone.

My phone does pretty well, as does my fitness band. I do tend to put them on the charger at least once a day though. Remote batteries seem to last a long time. What you say about your remote battery made me think of how I am about refilling the ink on my printer, though.

My phone is less then a month old, so it holds a charge well. My old one did not, which was why I bought a new phone. The batteries in our television remote are fine, there is no battery for our apple tv, you just charge it like you would an iPhone.

I hate when the remote doesn't work and then it dawns on me it needs new batteries. Seems I always have something that needs charging these days

If I am opening packets of soy sauce I got from the Chinese restaurant to use when I placed an order for some food, you can bet I am also sucking every last ounce of energy from a battery, and cutting open my toothpaste tubes to boot.

I don't have to charge the Kindle battery everyday. but I use the phone often so it frequently needs charging it seems. The Chrimebook I have noticed has a long battery life. The laptop not so much

My phone battery can last 3 days if I don't play alot of games on it. My kindle a week if I just read on it, but I hardly ever use it as I read on my phone or a paperback book. But when my XBOX controller batteries say their low I always wait until the controller shuts off then change it - So I can relate.

My phone's battery now drains fast. I need to buy a new phone with battery that will last 2 days.

I use a dumb phone and I recharge it once a week, the batteries of the TV remote last for a very long time, surely more than one year.

My phone is very new, so lasts for days without a charge. Our cable company sends new remotes when our batteries get low at no charge.

Changing the batteries are essential, not fun to do but essential. I always buy Duracell, they seem to last longer.

My TV doesn't tell me if the batteries in my remote need changing. My phone usually goes for a week or more but I don't use it a lot.

Set the phone setting to factory default.
