This is an old photo from two years ago, but it shows the table I will be using for dinner with my family out on the deck in a little while.
My older son, who I haven’t seen since we have been back from Florida, will be coming with my daughter-in-law, the two grandkids, my two grand doggies, my younger son, and his French girlfriend. My older son speaks fluent French, so I image hearing a lot today.
The umbrella is in its holder and opened. The sun is twinkling. It is chilly, so hubs plugged in heaters just in case it gets too chilly. It may be too crowded around the table for my comfort, so the kids can use hassocks as mini tables and extra chairs. Me, too!
I can’t tell you how excited we are to have our family here all together! I hope they stay long enough to hear the barred owls, but the kids have school tomorrow. See you when I can!

That's a really nice table and chairs.
I envy you.
We simply don't have space for anything like that.
Our flat is small, very small,
But as we do not entertain much it's not a big deal
But sometimes I just wish we had a nice dining area.

It was so wonderful seeing the family together again. We belly laughed the entire time. When my boys are together, they are so darn quick-witted and hilarious. Even the kids were laughing. My daughter-in-law loves my younger son's new girlfriend.
