@1creekgirl Oh I know but I'm always up for a challenge. It will probably be a snowy weekend project at some point. The recipe is so difficult that she refuses to publish it on Serious Eats. You have to email her personally to get it. haha

@kobesbuddy This recipe called for the pecans to be on the bottom. I just mixed everything by hand.

At times, Jay uses a blender to mix the ingredients. Then, lays the pecan 1/2s on top.
