December 5 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a good day today. It's been peaceful, which is always nice.
I'm thankful for the two Christmas cards I got in the mail today. One from my oldest best friend and the other from myLotter Courtney Dutton. I also received one from Marie @Tampa_girl7 a couple of days ago. I'm still waiting on stamps to send out the remaining cards to friends here and start sending them to my family.
I'm thankful I set the walker aside today and can walk well without it.
I'm making progress with this knee. I have one week left with the brace and I'll be very happy to set it aside.
I'm thankful for less pain in my back/left hip. I know I haven't mentioned it in a couple of days, so mentioning it I hope won't give me a setback. Though, I'm confident it won't.
I'm thankful I finished the notifications twice today. I'm going to finish them again before logging off for the day.
Other than watching TV, that's been my day. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Christmas 2017.

I am thankful that a truck that picks up debris that was on the street where I live had come by to pick up the roof damage debris to be taken to the landfill on Friday.

@just4him The street looks nicer now since it took just after three months since the hurricane Laura came.

@crazyhorseladycx It's still open. My friend keeps me informed. They limit the number of people in the pool at one time. If the pool is full, I can go into the fitness center. They never get the quota for the gym.

It's very encouraging, making a little more progress each day. I'm glad your back isn't quite as painful. I need to get motivated and send out some Christmas cards:)

That is awesome you are making progress everyday. Thankful for today, thankful that the washer is continuing to work without a problem. I was less than thrilled about the possibility of having to buy a new washer!

I'm happy to hear that you're doing so well and not needing the walker as much.
My daughter and I finished decorating the house and it's looking festive. Tonight we're going to watch a sappy Hallmark movie
