Good day friends
I had a busy day yesterday, so today I feel sleepy all day. It's 4 pm now and I think I'll do training soon, I'm not sure I'll like it, but I have to force myself.
Here and today we have cold weather and snow that has remained, because the temperature is below 0.
I started using one tooth whitening pencil two days ago and I have to tell you that it works. I have been thinking for a long time whether to order it, because it costs 18 euros. My teeth have a natural pale yellow color and that always annoyed me, but this pencil definitely works.

I drink a lot of tea so every few months I make up baking soda and lemon juice. I brush with this twice a day for a week and my teeth stay white for a long time.

@Nevena83 Yes, it can irritate the gums, but since you only use it for a week, I think it's worth a little irritation to have white teeth.
Have you ever gone to a dentist and gotten your teeth whitened there? The chemicals they put into the tooth 'molds' can make your teeth ache for several days to a week afterwards. I'd rather have my gums hurt than my teeth ache!

No I have never whitened my teeth I have false teeth so I am sure it would not be good for them

I drink a lot of coffee, which can stain or darken teeth. But I brush my teeth with a whitening toothpaste, plus I use baking soda frequently, so my teeth stay nice and white.

I always wanted my teeth to be bright white, but I could never pay for professional whitening, so for now, this gives satisfactory results.

This pen needs to be used once a day and there is enough for 30 days. They told me that the results could be seen between the first and the fourth day, I didn't believe it, but I was shocked when I applied it the first night and saw that it really worked.
