February 3 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Not the day I expected, but still good. I'm thankful for the work I accomplished on two manuscripts. New Horizons: Predators and Blue Fire and Vendetta. I read the first last night at Writer's Guild and needed to make corrections. Feedback is great. Vendetta is coming along well. I'll be finished reading what I've written and correcting/editing so everything works together in harmony, soon. I'm thankful I have the groceries taken care of for the next few days. I didn't buy much, but it's enough to get through the cold snap we're getting starting Friday. I'm thankful I got my phone ordered this morning. I'll have the new one in a week. I messaged them that I want the same phone number. We'll see if that happens. I didn't make it to the Y this morning as planned. With the storm coming in, it's playing havoc with my lower back. It used to be the knees when the weather got bad. This time, it's my lower back. It was fine until the last time I got up last night. Then I knew I wasn't going anywhere and with the cold snap we're getting, I won't be going anywhere until the temps are back to normal. They've also updated the snowfall totals for tomorrow as you can see on the above map. Okay, that's my day. Time to get off the computer. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading.
