@LadyDuck Some packages are very intriguing. The last time Vince gave me a book he put a small Tupperware on top of the book then wrapped so it was a very strange shape.

Books are usually easy to guess.

@JudyEv I like it. At Christmas, for instance, its a big bore to wrap a gift in its exact shape. No. If you're going to give jewelry that is in a small box, put the small box in a big box. Makes it fun.

I love scrabble! My boyfriend and I actually met up when he beat me to a game of scrabble. I don’t think I received a scrabble game though. I’m really itching to know what it is. It’s 2 days more. That’s a very lovely tree very cheerful colour, but my favourite Western Australian tree would always be the Jacaranda.

The jacarandas make a really lovely show, don't they? I don't have one here. Maybe I should plant a wisteria on the trellis round the tank. It's another lovely plant and a similar colour.

We have a nice avenue of trees down there now. It's always cooler and the roos spend a lot of time there in the summer.

My children gave me a board game for Christmas, and when they wrapped the present and set it under the tree, they told me I was not allowed to pick it up, move it, or shake it. So naturally, that's all I wanted to do for the 2 weeks it was sitting under the Christmas tree. I was a good boy and complied with their wishes, but it was driving me crazy the whole time. I wanted to shake the box!

Those are lovely trees there. It's tough to hold on till the day to open gift. I would be itching to do so. I also shake my gift to guess what's inside before opening it.
