What did you have for lunch today? I'll be eating spaghetti for days!

We had a Valentines Day celebration today at my friend's preschool. We did some heart-related crafts and had a good time. One of my co-teachers made some yummy spaghetti, with turkey burger. We gobbled it up, and it was good. The kids liked it too. She sent me home with enough spaghetti to last the weekend.
What did you have for lunch today? Was it satisfying? I had some heated up spaghetti for my afternoon snack. I added grated Parmesan cheese. Now I am fat and happy and ready for a glass of wine. Image is from the Internet.

I usually don't get a chance at leftovers. Pretty cleans them up before I'm ready for more.

@DaddyEvil I usually make a big vat of sauce . . . so we always have plenty of leftovers. I cook for my parents sometimes - and they got their share out of this batch too. Sometimes the extra goes to a lasagna. Pretty likes good eats too

@much2say If you didn't already have your dinner this evening I'd invite you and your family over. I've got a pork roast in the oven right now. We can smell it through the entire house.

I had my usual easy mack meal I have everyday. Today for a snack I ate a bowl of cerial. Not sure what'll be for dinner. Might have to make some toast or something, too seeing as I am starting to get a bit of a headache.

We had Italian too...We went out to the Olive Garden after buying a new TV for my hubby. I had the Tour of Italy -- Chicken Parmigiana, Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna. I had enough left for another meal.

I had potatoes from a “meal” package bought at the store with my dinner. It was great, even had lumps in it like my mashed potatoes do! Had a chicken burrito for lunch. Anything that doesn’t hurt my stomach, although I think I’m zeroing in on what’s causing the problem....

We didn't bother eating lunch today... And now we're waiting on the pork roast I put in the oven an hour and a half ago to be done. It smells really good! I pulled it out and cut off a slice. It was still a little tough, so I put it back in for another half an hour...
If you get tired of spaghetti this weekend, come on over and have some roast with us.

I can never get tired of spaghetti and probably make it at least once a month. As for lunch I had some leftover boneless chicken wings my wife got from "girl's night out," some leftover tater tot casserole from a Super Bowl party on Sunday that my sister made, and some leftover mac and cheese from a local BBQ place my boss ordered us lunch from on Thursday.
All was good.
