Good day friends
I wasn't in a good mood yesterday, so I didn't show up here. I'm here now to tell you what happened to the police yesterday.
My son and I went to the police, because many of us were advised that it was better to go to them, and not to the court. They told us there that we should not come, because the court would make the same decision, and that is to determine the minimum fine that was determined for those two violations, and that is 350 euros.
I have to admit it’s a lot of money for me, but the only good thing is that there are no penalty points and no driving ban.
For those who are not up to date, I will leave a link from earlier so that they know what kind of violation it is.
I will try to be more active here, because I will need money, but the problem is that I find it difficult to achieve the minimum, and very often I am active for several hours.

I think they do that here too, but that policeman let him go. Honestly, the car is not worth it, so I would not be sorry if they took it away, punishment is my biggest problem. Honestly, when I sell the car, I don't think I can take more than 300 euros for it.

That's an expensive fine but at least it's only the money to pay and your son didn't lose his driving privileges.
I think we all have unexpected expenses at times.

Yes, I have to replace lots of things because of the bully above us causing us damages. I am glad he will not go to jail and no penalty points and no driving ban. I hope you will be able to find the money to pay the fine. I can see why you were not here yesterday after that. I understand. I had a very bad day too so did not come here much either yesterday. Life is not easy and I hope it gets better for your son and you and hope he learned his lesson from this.

Honestly, I do not know. He is still in school and does not seem interested in finding a way to help with the payment. He knows that I have money for that fine, but the problem is that we collected that money to buy him a car, and now he will have to go part of the fine.

I had two big unexpected expenses this month with my washer breaking and my car needing repair again. I hope you are making your son contribute to this fine. It really shouldn't be totally your responsibility to pay it. He should be doing something to earn money.

Honestly, there is a possibility that he works in planting orchards and vegetables for money, he did that last summer for the first time, but when I mentioned it to him now, he says he doesn't want to. He did such jobs for the first time last summer and he realized how hard it is and now I think he refuses because of it, but I can’t explain to him that many jobs are hard and hard to make money.

I am very sorry. In my country we have similar rules and people who don´t abide by them have to pay fines. Here all cars must have a circulation permit that includes an insurance against damages to a third party.

I read that you mentioned the fine is between 300-600. The 350 euros fine is still to huge. Something that is not expected. I am sorry for this. I hope that you can make more here.

I am sorry you will pay a fine, but I am glad the punishment was not more severe.

No, I cannot ask for a lesser punishment, because that is the smallest punishment for those two offenses.
