Why we wanted to do the refi on our house and coffee time

Partly because the interest rates are lower but mostly because our bank offers rebates on the interest paid in a year and we can use that to pay the mortgage off quicker if we have our debt paid up first.
I've no idea the percentage they will pay on the rebates but anything is better than nothing. My daughter used to get for hundred back in a rebate from using one of their credit cards.
So that is why I was willing to get involved when needed to contact mortgage companies to get questions answered and taken care of. I'm just glad it all worked out and paint on the mortgage will be super easy too as I can transfer from one account to my loan account. I may pay something weekly. If paying bi monthly cute the interest down then weekly payments should be even better but I don't really know.
Any questions class?

I'm having my cup of coffee and took my pills. I have an appt with my mechanic to check a nose my van is making and then we will do a job or two in town. Then I'll go look for a pair of shoes. I'm hoping I can wear my slippers into the store. I may but another pair of slippers to because these will be worn after wearing them on cement and around people homes.

I don't know how other mortgage systems work either so I understand.
I need a pair big enough to get my wrapped foot in but not so big that the other door is too sloppy. I'm taking the right show of the men's shoes I already own to try something off the same height. Then I could wear and old show that fits better and the new for my wrapped foot.

@MarshaMusselman It would be annoying to have to buy two identical pairs in different size so that you can have both that fit.

@LadyDuck umm not doing that. I'm hoping to find a pair where the sole is the same size as another pair I already have.

I never did a refi but it sounds like it's was a good idea for you. Anything to save money is a win win
Hope you can find a new pair of shoes that are comfortable.

@MarshaMusselman buying shoes can certainly be a problem especially when you have an issue with your foot. Hope you can find something to get you through until your foot is healed.

@Marilynda1225 I found some shoes I won't know for a few days how they will pan out. I may decide to order a different pair online that I can send back if the wound heals faster but we shall see how this weekend goes.

The shoes I find won't be ones I wear once my foot is healed as they'll be too large. But I certainly can't work in what I have at home.

I have known people who have really benefited by doing a refinance. Yes, weekly should be even better, if they will accept it.

I can transfer from one account to the loan I don't see why they wouldn't accept it but we shall find out.

I don't know how morgage systems works in other countries, but it sounds different from the way it done in my country. My brother helped us with our mortgage, he works in a bank and he knows more about those things than I do.

I don't know how it works in countries other than ours either.

I found a pair that will be serviceable until the wound is healed. I don't really like them but those I would prefer I can't get my left foot into. These are just to allow me to work. Will have to see how that goes.

We never did a refi, but paid our mortgage off on the house in 15 years. Mortgage free and paid cash for our condo in Florida. Hubs doesn’t like debt hanging over his head. Hope it all works out for you. It sounds like a good plan.
Good luck with the new shoes.

The mortgage is for twenty years but if no one needs hospital care before then we may get it paid in fifteen. And with the updating were doing we may be able to sell at a really good price when we're ready down the road and pay for most of another place if needed.

I hope you'll save a ton of money refinancing.
Hopefully you'll find a good pair of shoes.
