The song in my head today is another jingle...this time it's the Kit Kat bar commercial.
1935 - Rowntree's factory in the United Kingdom first produced the chocolate covered wafer bar and called it Rowntree's Chocolate Crisp. 1937 - The name was changed to Kit Kat Chocolate Crisp. After World War II it was changed to Kit Kat.
In 1988 it was acquired by Nestle; and the first commercial took off the ground running (see below); and the same jingle is used today.
In the United States Kit Kat is produced by H. B. Reese Candy Company, a division of Hershey; globally it is produced by Nestle.
"Give me a break, give me a break, break me off a piece of that Kit Kat bar!"

That's a catchy one and can really get into the head. Loved the twin girls in the commercial. They look so adorable!!
