When you go to someone's discussion . . .

When I go to someone's discussion I find myself reading other people's responses. I even hop in and comment on them.
Some people do that on my discussions and others do not. What is your style?
The interaction on these kinds of posts is fun and make this more like a community.

I do agree on that. Sometimes a discussion calls for even more information than the original poster has and I just cannot resist adding to it. Sometimes a discussion will also inspire me to start my own post from scratch.

@GardenGerty Heck, if we can't be friendly and add to the conversation then why be here? It's no fun being formal and tied in tuxedos.

I respond to a discussion and then will see what other's have added. Sometimes I will like their comment and add a comment to their comment too.

There are times I do read other responses and if find it is something want to comment on then I do. I do not always do it. I feel like the person that wrote the post may not like it so I do not always do it.

Mostly people are good with others adding their opinions. I am sorry, @Hannahar if someone has been rude about it. It is supposed to be a discussion site with people contributing all around. Like @BarBaraPrz says, we earn from our interactions.

Sometimes I'll go through and read others' replies. Most of the time, I just add my two cents after reading the post. I read replies if it's been a while since the discussion has been posted, and the matter possibly resolved. I need the money, but I don't need to be repeative.

Sometimes I do comment on other's responses. Usually it's when something grabs my attention or I find it really interesting. But I don't always do that.
I am not sure if I even have a style. In anything, really. Maybe just eclectic and I like to follow my own drummer.
