Breakfast Sandwich For Dinner

Breakfast is always a favorite meal for me. I can eat it any time of the day.
The rain is falling, has been for awhile now. Decided on an egg sandwich, with sourdough bread, tomato slices, hash browns and ham. I had slices of ham and cut one into bite sized pieces. So good with this meal.
And I get the sourdough bread from the local grocery store. They have a nice bakery where everything is homemade. A perfect meal on this rainy evening and night.

We always enjoy breakfast for dinner too. We finished up some leftovers for supper.

@CarolDM I don't eat a lot in the mornings so breakfast for dinner is more enjoyable for me. I'm in the mood for waffles

Breakfast for dinner is always good....sounds like a nice meal. I'd skip the tomato but otherwise sounds great

I like egg sandwich. I tried to make two of it. One for my wife and one for me. I toasted the buns on the frying pan since we don't have a bread toaster.
