Taking it easy on Sunday

I have really taken it easy most of today and that is good I guess.
No mowing. I did take more than an hour nap.
Yet I am sleepy again.
In an effort to be good to myself and healthy I have started back to my physical therapy stretches.
Today we had a spinach salad for lunch, with chopped roast beef in it for protein.
We had some wind, but so far no rain. All the trash is out for tomorrow for pick up.
Monday is on its way. I had best get ready.
