I had a dentist appointment last month for a cleaning; but they called and cancelled because the dentist decided he was going to take a vacation.
They have been trying to get me in before we leave on vacation; but I had turned down the cancellations that they had. Yesterday morning they called again and said they had a cancellation for 4 pm. I didn't feel like going; but I didn't want to turn them down again; so I took it. At least that's over and done with.
After the cleaning appointment we went to the Subaru dealership to get our information screen reset. When they did the recall work on the car, they accidentally changed the screen from where we had it set.
That was my exciting day. What did you do? :-)

What did I do? I’m retired, I don’t do nothin’! 
I’m doctor free this week. Next week is the dermatologist, then PT and mammogram the following week. Glad you got your teeth cleaning out of the way. You need to “show them pearly whites” while you’re in Florida!

You're allowed to do nothin' when you're retired. My mammogram is due while we're on vacation; so I get to delay it a little. Have a good rest of your week!

@wolfgirl569 He tells me to make him a list; and then he never looks at it. He needs to get an e-check on his car and get new stickers by August 20. I guarantee that he will be doing it on the 19th.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes. I may have to have an implant done. My jawbone is receding; and I have one really loose tooth.

@LindaOHio well it’s done and I survived. Makes me seriously wish I had taken better care of my teeth when I was young. The novacain is still stopping the pain but I need an antibiotics which I am waiting for at the pharmacy and then ice
