I was waiting up for my daughter to text that she had made it home. she sent that text at 9:17. Just a little over twelve hours of driving, with frequent stops.
Her husband had a bonfire with the kids, and they saw bats. I know I frequently say my son in law is a great guy. I am sure he is not perfect, but how neat to spend special time with the kids.
I have not been here much today. I have one more day off work. I will spend it taking hubby in to the walk in clinic. I will likely sit in the car and wait for him.
I caught a cold from my daughter. I never thought that would happen. She and the kids caught it at family camp last week, and her husband has it now.
Anyway, although I will have a mask, I am not going in at the clinic.
at home I am working on a variety of things, and busy sympathizing with all my hubby's aches and pains. He, however, did not catch the cold.

While I am in town with hubs for walk in I may call the school for a swab, just in case. It is free and it is a rapid response type.

I would bet I have them here, but I have never seen them. I sure have the insects for them to eat.

Other than me having a cold, I think it is all fine.

Actually it was just her, driving by herself with the canoe. Hubby stayed home and baby sat. They have been gone a lot over the summer. To camps and such.

Please take cautious going outside and if possible just stay at home or lessen outdoor activities.
