What is for breakfast on this sunny and cool Sunday?

I'm actually having leftover BBQ this morning, but I've been making what I call Montana Style Eggs recently. They're actually not Montana style--they're just what I happened to treat myself to when I was in Montana. I cooked up eggs, zucchini, onions, Jalapino peppers, and other random ingredients and garnished them with avocado and/or tomato. Here in CA, I've been having bacon on the side, which I never did buy this Summer in Montana.

I had my usual yogurt and prunes. I'm not a big egg person unless they are my deviled eggs, egg salad or scrambled.

I love deviled eggs. As long as no pickle is involved. I'm sure @Vandana7 would agree.

What are deviled eggs? I just checked....wonder why you all call it deviled eggs. I don't know what mayonaise has so I don't eat that. I don't eat jelly too. I don't eat egg too, though honestly that color combination looks good for a pastry.

That looks so delicious but I never eat avocado with food. I eat it as dessert.

As a dessert! How do you prepare it?

@m_audrey6788 Oh, that sounds interesting. Maybe I'll try it. I just eat slices of avocado by themselves sometimes.

It looks good. I'm sure it tasted good too. My breakfast - larger than usual this morning - four-egg omelet with three slices of turkey bacon, one banana, and a potato. I usually eat half that much and no potato on a typical day. I guess today wasn't typical.

Are you off to do some exercise? I'm going to do some curls, then visit the pool when it's warmer outside.

@TheHorse The only exercise I'll get this weekend is packing. I'll be lifting weights. Those boxes can get heavy. Enjoy the pool.

If California is only 3 hours behind Ontario, why am I only getting your discussion 24 hours later?

@TheHorse Guess it hates me too, as I often get notices too late to do anything about them.

That sounds to be a good breakfast. I make waffles that I served with maple syrup, some grapes with cheddar and yogurt and berries.

@TheHorse No butter is not involved and I avoid butter, my husband cholesterol must be kept low.

That does look good, for a change... Usually your "foods" don't look appetizing to me. I've not eaten anything this morning. I've had a little Sprite, but that's it... I was throwing up and running a fever all day yesterday. The fever broke early this morning but my stomach is still feeling "off" so I'm scared to put anything in it.

This concoction actually looks pretty good actually. Looks like it's simply a whipped egg cooked and folded?

I like brown sugar and half-and-half on my oatmeal. Do you eat it "dry"?

@TheHorse just a pat of butter - My grandfather used to say "with enough brown sugar and butter, people would eat sawdust!"
