September 28 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day.
I'm thankful I got to the pool this morning. It was a lot later than expected. Tuesday is a day when the pool isn't crowded for the second session, so I could get a full swim time in. I also enjoyed the hot tub.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Where Eagles Soar. I have a long way to go with this edit. I expect I won't be publishing before sometime next year. I'll know more the closer I get to finishing this edit and revision.
I'm thankful for the nap I got this morning when I finished the notifications for the second time. I got 2.5 hours. It felt good after getting little sleep last night and being up at midnight.
I'm thankful for the wonderful lunch/dinner I had. I made zucchini with tomatoes, Bella mushrooms, and onions. I added whole peeled garlic and lemon pepper. It was delicious. I served that alongside ocean perch.
I just filed a review with the Better Business Bureau against Tires Plus. I gave them a one-star review. I'll be getting my car from them on Friday when I get paid. I know I need to pay for the diagnostic and towing charges. Someone else will work on my car. I'm not paying what they want for a new starter when a new starter isn't needed.

@kobesbuddy Not going to happen. In order for them to do any work, I need to sign the contract. I'm not doing that.

I like the name of the book you are working on. To be sure, you have many things to be thankful for. I am glad you reported them. It seemed to me that they were trying to make a bit more money than they should have.
Today I am thankful for the food on our table, my children and grandchildren, my friends, the ability to continue to create, and the fact thaqt I can walk on my own power today.

Im grateful to God that i have seen this day.I am thankful that he continues to provide each and everyday, this week I did not have money to subscibe for the internet and my sister subscribed for me, I am so grateful.

I'm thankful that I got to swim in my outdoor pool this one last time as the Season is ending. I'm thankful for the food I have eaten today.

I can't believe you're dealing with such a headache with your car.
Otherwise all else seems to be going well with you.
I'm thankful that my knees aren't hurting as bad today as they have been. Must be the change in weather that triggered the achiness

Your pool time sounds so wonderful. You bring up a huge issue for me: when I move, who do I trust to do work on my car?? Midas has been a super nice and trusty shop but they are here and I won't be! I am grateful for my meditative time picking raspberries. I search for ripe fruit, listen and watch a songbird sing from his perch in the back of the berry patch. Its a sacred place.

I would check out customer reviews on the shops where you will move to.
Picking raspberries sounds like a wonderful time to listen to nature and relax in God's presence.

Wednesday morning here and I’m watching pose while mylotting. I woke up at 6 this morning and wash my delicates immediately. Grateful for another beautiful day that i am alive.

Glad you got to the pool and the report filed with the BBB against Tires Plus.
I'm thankful to spend some time with Mike's mom today and have an early birthday celebration for Mike. She really is blessed to get around as well as she does for being 89. Have a blessed evening.
