November 24 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been good, even if I couldn't get my morning nap. I'm thankful I talked myself into going to the Y this morning. It took a bit of doing. However, I was awake and when I started moving all the aches and pains disappeared, so I was off to the Y. I had a good workout in the pool and fitness center. I'm thankful for therapy this morning. It was late morning about the time I wanted to take a nap but knew I couldn't. I remembered to wear my shorts under my slacks. I had a male therapist this morning. He's nice. There's always another woman with him, so all is right. He gave me a good massage of my legs and torso. Not your usual massage, just getting the lymphatic system motivated. I'm thankful for the time spent here. It's been great visiting with you. Now, it's time to write before I get off the computer. November isn't over even though I did win the challenge yesterday. I want to see how many words I can get by the end of the month. Happy Thanksgiving if I don't see you here tomorrow. I know I will be limited because I'll be busy getting everything ready. We're eating at 2. I might make the no-bake pumpkin pie today so I won't need to make it tomorrow. I called my son and asked him to make his scratch eggnog.
