Dude Loves His Friends

I have bought so many toys for both cats over the years. A few of the Dude's favorites are here on the rug. Before I snapped the photo, he had about five of them all around him, throwing them up in the air. Every now and then he will throw them all over the rug. Sometimes he will bring one or two to me sort of like a dog, wanting me to play. He gets bored easy. So I have his little friends, as I call them, here and there. Brendel has hers as well. She is right beside me as I type now. Photo is mine.

Yes they are both spoiled. I rescued them from a rescue. Who knows where they came from. I promised both I would love and take care of them. They take care of me a lot of times. I had just brushed the Dude here.

@CarolDM Most cats do the same, if they are not in the mood, the toys stay on the floor and they do nothing.

Every now and then he will take off and start throwing them in the air. He has to be in the mood. Brendel only plays when she is ready too. Thanks!

When I gt Tinker he came with toys, but not the little kind. No one uses them anymore. Lady likes to raid the sewing room and found a wooden bead on the floor. They like yarn and they at least sometimes like an old sock filled with catnip.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful cat. I used to buy tons of toys for my dogs. Their favorites were the plush ones so they could gut them.

Great picture! Your cat is beautiful! Over 20 years ago, I had a cat named Romeo. I purchased some pet toys for this little guy, and he rarely played with them. The things he played with the most were our feet - especially my dad's, lol.

That is so cute that Dude loves his toys so much and I am glad Brendel is expressing an interest in her toys, Not sure yet if I will adopt or not a cat this year but all the toys and the cat tree are covered with a red tablecloth,

Dude certainly is one handsome dude

My dogs pull their toys out and leave them all over the floor. You would think by now that they would have learned to put their toys away in the toy box.

We have also bought a lot of toys for our girls. They both have/had their favorites. When Buttons passed we buried her with her favorite one. Ginger isn't as playful as she once was. And since Buttons passed she'll look at her toys but doesn't bother them. The Dude is so very handsome and photogenetic.
