Have you tried Salsiccia?

I have for the first time tried Salsiccia. Salsiccia is an Italian sausage. It was a very delicious sausage. I was so impressed that I have eaten 2 Salsiccia sausages with tortellini and lettuce tomato salad. I forgot where I bought them. Probably in Aldi. I will buy them again. This is my first food post of the year. Well, I know more food discussions will come from me in the future. What sausages do you like best? Thank you for reading. Have a nice week.

Which kind of salsiccia, we have many kinds of salsiccia: piccante calabrese, napoletana, luganiga? There are 20 different kinds of sausages in Italy, one of my favorite is the "Piccante Calabrese".

@thelme55 All kind of salsicce are made of pork. I often hear people talking about Italian salsiccia and what it is in the package is something we do not even know in Italy. Of course we would never serve it as it is showed in this photo.
