Apparently he passed away. I had not known that. If I die, will Vanny let MyLotters know? Would SHE know? I try to keep MyLot separate from my personal life.

There are a few but names elude me now. I believe one was James Hxstatic and I was with him on other sites so I knew him a while online until we met up here, He left for a bit and then came back and now I do not know what happened, A couple of other like that and nothing you can do about it if you do not know what happened,

Yep. I have "on the side" relationships with a few MyLotters. But if friends like @JustForHim disappeared (I haven't heard from her recently), I would not know what happened.

I'm sorry; but I didn't know PaintsonSlate. I miss Scott Andersen (Doc); but I see him on Facebook. There are others like John Roberts that have been gone a long time. I often wonder about him. Some others come and go with long lapses in between like Dianne and Andria. Postscript: I see below that Four Walls says that John Roberts passed away. I must verify this.

There are many. As time passes, that list gets bigger. I won't mention any names, I don't even remember the names of some to be honest.

I miss several myLotters, some are no more, but I will always remember them. I think to remember that paintsonslate opened a small craft store and she is surely very busy with real life.

@TheHorse I remember a very active user @hereandthere who also does not show up from ages. Another one was a veteran @SIMPLYD, the one who convinced me to join myLot. What is weird about PaintsonSlate is the fact that her account does not exist anymore. She met personally with another user @BelleStarr, may be she knows.

I don't remember interacting with her here. I just did a quick search here reading your post and found that she was last active in October. It's been a long time and she was here from last seven years. So qualifies in a way to be called a veteran mylotter. U don't think I have been on myLot long enough to "miss" anyone. But I now what you mean because I used to be on a similar site many years ago and there was a woman posting on that site multiple times a day and she was really instrumental in keeping things lively there. Then her husband decided to divorce her and she got depressed and had to go out and find a job that paid more than freelance writing so she disappeared. I still think of her now and then and miss her writing. This was about 10 years ago too!
