I would love to have it be a part of my "main" stereo. It is tubed, and tube amplifiers sound better than solid state. Nobody knows exactly why.

@arunima25 I could "flip" it, even as it is. But it belonged to my best buddy's dad who recently passed away from Covid and being 85. It has sentimental value. Plus it sounds great.

@DaddyEvil When I used visit my horse, I would occasionally come in contact with the electric wire that surrounded her pasture. It was something of a wake up call. Perhaps I will become a advocate for electro-shock therapy.

I think the channel that works now sounds even cleaner. But one channel is still way louder than the other. Sigh.

I'm so glad you didn't electrocute yourself. I did have lightning strike me one time, but thank God it had simmered down before it entered my body through my hand. It felt like warm water flowing down to my toes and back up again.

I think the sound got a bit cleaner on the channel that's working. But the other is still way down in volume. Now I need to buy more De-Oxit. We'll see what happens. Thanks for checking in.
