Still delays

The MRI was done today between ten and 11 a.m. We had understood that it would take only a couple of hours to read it, then the doctor would come tell us what was found. THAT did not happen. I left there at 5:59 p.m. IN 96 degree F. heat. If the doctor tells Bob anything tomorrow, Bob will call me. Meanwhile, I am going to bed. I have continued to have back and stomach pain from the over heating on Saturday. I began forcing more fluid and that did help.

Oh my goodness, this is taking forever. Usually you get the results in a couple of hours.

I think they have to deal with the sicker people first, maybe.

@GardenGerty It is the same here, they have to take care of the urgent cases first.

Stay cool and hydrated. Keep us posted. That's a long time to wait for results.

Me too. I started drinking 3 bottles of water, the small size. It's too hot, humid. I even stayed an hour in a bathtub.

I am so sorry Heather that you are still not doing okay. And that the results are delayed and that you drove in that heat

At least they finally got the MRI done. The waiting for the results can be a bugger, though. I hope you feel better quickly. Sleep well.

I hate waiting on tests results. It’s too nerve wracking. I hope you get a good report.

Yes, if you take sugarcane juice or ragi water which keeps your stomach cool.
